Justine Zwerling (born 13 March 1972 ) is a British, Israeli entrepreneur and head of Primary Markets, Israel at the London Stock Exchange. She founded the Jewish Women's Business Network as part of the LSEG's Women's Inspired Network (WIN), within which she has launched partnerships “to promote gender diversity and women’s inclusion and empowerment throughout the world of finance”. Zwerling was named number 5 on the ‘HERoes Top 100 Female Future Leaders’ list in 2020 and number 12 on ‘The Aliyah 100 List’ for her work at the LSEG and UK Israel Bilateral Trade Nexus. She is also a founding member of the UAE-Israel Business Council and the Gulf-Israel UK Women's Business Forum alongside Fleur Hassan.
