Kat Coiro is an American director and writer. She is credited in three movies and several television series, including The Mick, Brooklyn 99, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Modern Family, and the upcoming She-Hulk. She attended Carnegie Mellon University and the Moscow Art Theater for history, theater and directing. She studied briefly as a fellow at the American Film Institute Conservatory. She is married to actor Rhys Coiro, and they have three children. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
