Litesa Wallace (born 1977/78) is a Democratic former member of the Illinois House of Representatives. She represented the Rockford-based 67th district since her appointment in July 2014 to replace the outgoing State Representative Chuck Jefferson until her term ended in January 2019 after running as a candidate for Illinois Lieutenant Governor in 2018. Wallace was the first Black woman to represent the Rockford area in the State Capitol.
