Lower Kinnerton

Lower Kinnerton is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Dodleston, in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, situated on the border between England and Wales. In 2001 it had a population of 119, increasing to 136 at the 2011 census. The village is located south of Broughton and to the north west of the village of Dodleston. The neighbouring village of Higher Kinnerton is across the border in Flintshire. The civil parish was abolished in 2015 and merged into Dodleston.
