Marthe Solange Achy Brou (born Biley 1949 -10 November 2011) is an Ivorian politician of Democratic Party of Côte d'Ivoire who was the Vice president of the National Assembly and was Minister of Solidarity and Social Affairs in the Diarra I government in 2000. She was a member of the National Assembly of Côte d'Ivoire first from 1976 to 1980 and then from 1986 to 1990. She was a member of the Economic and Social Council and the International Association of Francophone Mayors. She was Mayor of Grand-Bassam from 1985 to 1990.
