Martin Holcát
Martin Holcát (born 23 April 1954 in Prague) is a Czech doctor, professor and politician. He was a former director of the General University Hospital in Prague from March 1997 to November 2003. From July 2013 to January 2014 he was the Czech Minister of Health in the cabinet of Jiří Rusnok. Holcát graduated in 1981 with his medical degree from Charles University in Prague, where he specialized in otolaryngology.
