Midea, Greece
Midea (Greek: Μιδέα) is a village and a former municipality in Argolis, Peloponnese, Greece. It was formerly named Gerbesi (Γκέρμπεσι) until 1928. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Nafplio, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 178.306 km2, and a population of 5,631 (2011). The seat of the municipality was in Agia Triada.
