Muhammad Jamil Bayyuhum (1887–1978) is a Lebanese historian, politician, academic and reformist. He wrote dozens historical, intellectual, and political works, books, articles, and writings. He strived for the independence of Syria and Lebanon, defended Palestinian rights, and motivated the freedom of women. He is considered amongst the leaders of political, social, and critical reform in Lebanon and the Arab world.
