Musa Keligov
Musa Bamatovich Keligov (Russian: Муса́ Бама́тович Ке́лигов; born March 16, 1963 in Malgobek, USSR) is a Russian politician and former vice-president of "Lukoil-International". In 2010, he was elected to the upper house of Russia's parliament.
