Narayan Fugro
Narayan Srinivasa Fugro (March 2, 1932 – September 1, 2009) was an Indian politician. He served as the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Goa, Daman and Diu between February 24, 1972 and January 20, 1980. He was the son of Shriniwas Krishna and Radhabai. Fugro became a municipal councilor in Diu in 1959. In 1967 he became the president of the Amichand Rupchand Charitable Dispensary Trust in Diu. He died at the age of 78, after prolonged illness.
