National University of Study and Research in Law
National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL) is a National Law University located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. It was established by a legislative act, by the State of Jharkhand (Act no. 4 of 2010) as the fourteenth National Law University of India.Prof.(Dr.) Kesava Rao, Vurrakula is the present Vice-Chancellor of the university and he took reins from the former Vice-Chancellor (In-charge) Mr. Gautam Kumar Choudhury. Earlier, he was the Vice-Chancellor (In-charge) of Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Vishakhapatnam. Prof.(Dr.) A.K. Koul was the founding Vice-Chancellor of the university, who specialized in international trade law, especially on WTO. Earlier he was the vice-chancellor of National Law University, Jodhpur.The university is located on Kanke-Pithoria Roa
