New York State Board of Elections

The New York State Board of Elections is a bipartisan agency of the New York state government within the New York State Executive Department responsible for enforcement and administration of election-related laws. It also regulates campaign finance disclosure and limitations through its "fair campaign code". In addition to the State Board of Elections, there is also a 2-member or 4-member board of election in each county, except for the five counties covered by the single, 10-member New York City Board of Elections.
