Operation Good Neighbor
Operation Good Neighbor (Hebrew: שכנות טובה, Shkhenut Tova, lit. "Good neighborliness") was a directive of the Northern Command's Division 210 of Israel Defence Forces (IDF) that was responsible for civilian aid to Syrian citizens who were affected by the Syrian Civil War.
