There were 3 vacant anchor stores that were once Sears, Dillard's, and Macy's. The owner, Macerich, has rezoned the land for mixed use. Demolition of the indoor mall portion started February 17, 2021. The mall closed on March 31, 2021, JCPenney and Costco are the only stores left in the mall.
