Rafal Rohozinski (born 26 January 1965) is a Canadian expert and practitioner active in the fields of digital resilience, cyber warfare, and the globalization of armed violence. He is the co-founder of SecDev Group and , the founder of , and currently a senior fellow at Canada's Centre for International Governance Innovation.
