Rajkavi Inderjeet Singh Tulsi

Rajkavi Inderjeet Singh Tulsi (born Inderjeet Singh Judge, 2 April 1926 - 11 May 1984), was an Indian patriotic poet, Bollywood lyricist, and author. His writings in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, covered every aspect of life, including religion, romance, labor's life, country's struggles, etc. Moreover, he was known for the simplicity in his writings. Tulsi was regarded as one of India's most influential poets. The Government of India honoured him with the in 1962 and the Padma Shri in 1966 for his contributions towards the arts.
