Richard Scannell
Richard Scannell (May 12, 1845 – January 8, 1916) was an Irish-born prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as Bishop of Concordia, Kansas (1887–1891) and Bishop of Omaha, Nebraska (1891–1916).
