Sanjūsangendō Kanga ruins
The Sanjusangendō Kanga ruins (三十三間堂官衙遺跡, Sanjusangendō Kanga iseki) is an archaeological site with the ruins of a Heian period government administrative complex located in what is now part of the town of Watari, Miyagi prefecture in the Tōhoku region of far northern Honshu, Japan. It is protected by the central government as a National Historic Site.
