Seibu 40000 series
The Seibu 40000 series (西武40000系) is a commuter electric multiple unit (EMU) train type operated by the private railway operator Seibu Railway in Japan since March 2017. A total of eight ten-car trainsets are to be built by Kawasaki Heavy Industries in Kobe from 2016, with the first trains entering service on 25 March 2017.
