Shen Deyong
Shen Deyong (Chinese: 沈德咏; born March 1954) is a Chinese politician and grand justice currently serving as director of the Committee for Social and Legal Affairs of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) since March 2018. At the height of his political career, he served as executive vice-president of the Supreme People's Court, the highest level of court in China. Shen formally resigned from the government in June 2018, which was a shock to the news media.
