The Sir George Williams affair (also referred to as "The Sir George Williams Computer Centre Incident") was a 1969 event at Sir George Williams University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, now a part of Concordia University. It was the largest student occupation in Canadian history, and resulted in $2 million of property damage.other than the occupation of several french-speaking CEGEPs in Quebec in the fall of 1968 which involved a concerted occupation of more than 12 colleges by hundreds of students each for days and in some cases fore several weeks.
