Sir William Parsons, 1st Baronet of Bellamont

Sir William Parsons, 1st Baronet of Bellamont PC (Ire) (c. 1570 – 1650), was one of the Lord Justices of Ireland from 1640 to 1643. He served as Surveyor General of Ireland and was an undertaker in several plantations, known as a "land-hunter" expropriating land from owners whose titles were deemed defective.
