Slovenia in the Eurovision Song Contest

Slovenia has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 26 times since its debut in 1993. Since then, the country has missed only two contests, in 1994 and 2000. Slovenia's best result in the contest is seventh place, both in 1995 with Darja Švajger and 2001 with Nuša Derenda. The country's only other top ten result being a tenth-place finish for Tanja Ribič in 1997. Since the introduction of the semi-final round in 2004, Slovenia has failed to reach the final on 11 occasions, and made it to the final in 2007, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2018 and 2019.
