The initial proposal of the channel was to contain programming 100% composed of productions of a public character with no commercial background, some regional programs are broadcast on TV Caravelas. On an open signal, 24 hours a day, by subscription on channel 06 of Claro TV for the entire Vale do Aço. In partnership with COM Brasil TV it shows a significant part of its programming for the channels of the main operators of satellite television, which is under the control of ABCCOM (Brazilian Association of Community Channels).
