The mall has both an indoor and outdoor portion, and the outdoor portion features a movie theatre, Southpoint Cinemas. The anchor stores are AMC Theatres, Crate & Barrel, Barnes & Noble, JCPenney, Belk, Nordstrom, and Macy's. There is 1 vacant anchor store that was once Sears.
