Thelxiope
Thelxiope is a genus of Cambrian and Ordovician arthropod. Four species are known, the type species T. palaeothalassia is known from the Burgess Shale, T. spinosa, and T. holmani from the Wheeler Shale, and an indeterminate species from the Floian Fezouata Formation in Morocco. It is a member of Mollisoniida, alongside close relative Mollisonia, and Urokodia, the group are suggested to be stem-chelicerates.
