Theodore of Dekapolis or Theodore Dekapolites (Greek: Θεόδωρος ὁ Δεκαπολίτης, fl. 947–ca. 960) was a 10th-century Byzantine jurist and official. He is best known from the pieces of agrarian legislation that he composed.
