Thomas George Lanphier Sr.
Thomas George Lanphier Sr. (April 16, 1890 – October 9, 1972) was a retired Colonel in the United States Army Air Corps, and was Commanding Officer of Selfridge Field in Michigan from late 1924 to early 1926 and was an American Aviation pioneer. He is buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
