Wars of the Diadochi

The Wars of the Diadochi (Ancient Greek: Πόλεμοι τῶν Διαδὀχων, Pólemoi tōn Diadóchōn), or Wars of Alexander's Successors, were a series of conflicts that were fought between the generals (Diadochi) of Alexander the Great. They disputed over the rule of his empire following his death. The fighting occurred between 322 and 281 BC.
