asanas for back pain

Issue

Not a secret that one of the main reasons why people come to yoga is a back pain. We also seek help for relieving the lower back pain and alignment of the shoulder blades in weekly yoga classes. It gave the structure to the body and reduced constant pain. However few days after the class the body habits took itself back and the pain reappeared. So the more complex approach and regular lessons were needed. We started doing yoga in the period when yoga schools were blooming and booming, when you could find yoga lessons almost in every fitness center. However dedicated yoga studios were a bit in novelty. Routine and everyday practice kept back pain away for 15 years. With a tremendous changes during the first months of the covid-19 pandemic, when you became your only personal trainer, when increased isolation and anxiety were approaching, the only way to deal with everything was to continue with yoga. Even thought society adapts fast and online yoga classes appeared fast, some time was needed to learn how to be alone and practice without any physical adjustments. So web based services on creating yoga sequences or suggesting video were popular more then ever. Thus the idea to develop yoga ontology came to our minds.
