1973 French Open – Men's Singles
Andres Gimeno was the defending champion, but lost in the second round to future champion Guillermo Vilas. Ilie Năstase defeated Nikola Pilić 6–3, 6–3, 6–0 in the final to win the Men's Singles tennis title at the 1973 French Open. The tournament was also the first grand slam that Bjorn Borg competed in.
