1981 UCF Knights football team

The 1981 UCF Knights football season was Don Jonas's third and final year as the head coach of the Knights. Jonas led the team to an overall record of 4–6. The Knights competed as an NCAA Division III Independent. This would be the final year the school competed at the Division III level. The team played their home games at Orlando Stadium, now known as the Citrus Bowl, in Downtown Orlando.
