2012 ICC Women's World Twenty20

The 2012 ICC Women's World Twenty20 was an international Twenty20 cricket tournament held in Sri Lanka from 23 September to 7 October 2012. The group stage matches were played at the Galle International Stadium in Galle and Semi-Finals and Finals were played at R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. The competition was held simultaneously with the equivalent men's tournament, the 2012 ICC World Twenty20. With a total of 172 runs (an average of 43 per game), Edwards was named player of the tournament.
