Al Hidayah (organisation)
Al-Hidayah (meaning "The Guidance") was founded in 2004 as a UK-based youth-oriented forum of the Minhaj-ul-Quran UK. Al-Hidayah held an event in Heythrop Park, Oxfordshire in 2006 and held nearly 600 people. Al Hidayah held another residential retreat in 2009 at the University of Warwick featuring over 1,200 British and European young Muslims. Its main aim was to draw UK teens to combat extremism and terrorism.
