Ayano Kato (加藤 綾乃 Katō Ayano, born 26 February 1993) is a Japanese female recurve archer and part of the national team. She won the bronze medal at the 2013 Asian Archery Championships in the women's team event. She competed at the 2013 World Archery Championships and 2014 Asian Games.
