Civil Constructional Corps
The Civil Constructional Corps (CCC) was an organised labour force of men who volunteered or were conscripted (manpowered) into service to provide wartime infrastructure during World War II in Australia. In April 1942, the CCC was established to supply labour forces for the creation of infrastructure such as aerodromes, gun emplacements, barracks, roads and other projects undertaken by the Allied Works Council.
