Halifax County High School is a public high school located in South Boston, Virginia. It is located less than 2 miles from Halifax County Middle School. Having 1,793 students currently enrolled in the 2012–13 school year, there are 118 faculty members with a 15.1 student/teacher ratio. At Halifax County High, students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement course work and testing.
