Haralson County High School

Haralson County High School is a public comprehensive high school in Tallapoosa, Georgia, United States. Its principal is Benjie Cole and its assistant principals are Janet Pope, Angie Campbell, and Vic Coggins. In September 2014, Haralson County High School was named a Highest-Progress School by the Georgia Department of Education. With the team nickname "Rebels", the school's trophy room of the gym features the Confederate battle flag painted on the wall. In September 2000, someone painted over a Confederate flag at the gym and students voted 861 to 150 to repaint it.
