Ill Will Records

Ill Will Records is an American vanity record label founded by Nasir "Nas" Jones. The label was named after Willie Graham, Nas' childhood neighbor and best friend, was shot dead on May 23, 1992 when both were teenagers. He launched the imprint in autumn 1999 with his fourth studio album Nastradamus. Ill Will had distributed the Bravehearts through Columbia Records & former artist Quan through Atlantic Records. After signing to Def Jam Recordings in 2005, Nas relaunched Ill Will by the name The Jones Experience as an imprint under Def Jam Recordings.
