The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) is a regional wastewater facility and wholesale supplemental water supplier in California. IEUA is located in southern California and serves western San Bernardino county. Specifically, IEUA provides services to 7 cities: Chino, Chino Hills, Fontana, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland. The Agency's service area covers 242 square miles and approximately 700,000 people. In 2002 IEUA made history by becoming the first public agency to obtain a Platinum LEED rating by the USGBC
