The Isuzu Philippines Corporation, also referred to as IPC, is a subsidiary of the Japanese commercial vehicle manufacturer Isuzu and headquartered in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines. The company was formed on 7 August 1995 with an investment of first Billion Philippine peso. The plant operates as a joint venture with Mitsubishi, with each holding 35%. Other shareholders, with a share of 30%, including the Philippine Investors Ayala Corporation and Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation. The plant management then current president is Hajime Koso, replacing Nobuo Izumina.
