Kirby Delauter is an American businessman and politician. He is a former Frederick County, Maryland, Commissioner and current Frederick County Councilmember, representing District 5. Delauter served in the United States Army between 1982 and 1988. In 1993, he bought and became president of the construction company W.F. Delauter & Son, which was founded by his grandfather and father.
