Montville Township High School

Montville Township High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in Montville Township, in suburban Morris County, New Jersey, United States. The school was founded in 1971 and serves students in ninth through twelfth grades as the lone secondary school of the Montville Township School District. The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Secondary Schools since 1975. In its first three years, MTHS served 8th through 12th grades. The 8th grade held a separate graduation in each of those years and the 8th grade class of 1974 was the youngest group of students in both the '73-'74 school year (as 8th graders) and the '74-'75 school year, as high school freshman, when the 8th grade moved to Central School.
