It is situated at Shyampur under Badargonj police station, 16 kilometer western from Rangpur City. Shyampur Sugar Mills Rules under Bangladesh Sugar and Food Industries corporation. The industry have over 1400 labors. The livelihood of the people of the region totally depend upon this industry. y
