Todd Finch Packer, almost always referred to by his surname, is a fictional character on NBC's television series The Office. Packer is portrayed by David Koechner and is based upon the character Chris Finch from the original British version of the series. Koechner and Steve Carell previously worked together in Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. Koechner's appearance makes him the second main Anchorman cast member to appear in the series, after Carell and before Will Ferrell, who guest-starred as Deangelo Vickers, in a four-episode arc during the seventh season.
