USS Virginia (SP-746)
The seventh USS Virginia (SP-746) was a motor boat in the United States Navy. Virginia was built in 1906 at City Island in Bronx, New York. It was used by the Maine lobster warden, and was acquired by the Navy on 13 July 1917 under free lease from the state of Maine. She served the Navy until she was returned to her owner on 28 January 1919 when her name was struck from the Navy List.
