Villa Lauri

Villa Lauri, also known as Villa Maria, is an early 20th-century Neoclassic villa in Birkirkara, Malta. The entire villa once was the residence of the Pace family. At one point part of the property was donated to the church and a part remained privately owned. The church's property became a homeless shelter during and after WWII, known as Dar Frate Francesco, and later converted into a residence for people with social difficulties in 1985.
