William Falconer, 6th Lord of Halkerton was born about 1712, son of David Falconer, 4th Lord Falconer of Halkerton and Katharine Margaret Keith. William died on 11-10-1776 on Groningen, at the age of about 64 years. William married, at the age of about 23 years, on 24-08-1735 in Groningen (Waals Hervormde" Church of the "Pelstergasthuis) Rembertina Maria van Iddekinge, aged 22 years. Rembertina was born on 02-04-1713 in Groningen, daughter of Pieter Rembt van Iddekinge and Bartha Johanna Gerlacius. She was baptized on 02-04-1713 in Groningen.
