William L. Ballhaus (born c. 1967) is an American businessman. Ballhaus is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Blackboard, Inc. He formerly served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of DynCorp, a private military contractor, from 2003 to 2008. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of SRA International, a private intelligence corporation.
