Yvette Carte-Blanche

Yvette Carte-Blanche is a fictional main character in the BBC sitcom 'Allo 'Allo!, which ran from 1982 to 1992. She is played by the actress Vicki Michelle. Yvette works as the head waitress during World War II at Café René, but at night she makes money as a prostitute. Although she sells her body for paraffin, gasoline, sugar and butter, her only true love is René Artois. She is famous for her saying "Oh René" in a long growling tone. They are often caught by René's wife, Madame Edith, but the unfaithful husband always has a proper explanation for his behaviour, always beginning with "You stupid woman!".
